How can I make a return?

Log in with your Your Name Your Light membership and go to the My Return Requests page.
Select your order number and the product in your order that you will return.
Select the cancellation refund reason and cancellation refund type.
Fill in the Name Surname and IBAN Number information. (Do not leave a space between IBAN numbers.)
You can complete your transaction with the Save and Continue button.
Put your invoice together with the items to be returned in one package.
Deliver the package to …….. cargo within 14 business days with the cargo code ………. You just need to provide the code, you do not need to specify a return address.
The devices in the electronic category that you will be returning must not have been used and no data has been transferred.

Do I need to pay anything for the return?

When you use the return methods we offer, shipping costs belong to the buyer.

What is the valid period for the refund process?

All returns must be made within 14 days of the shipment confirmation email.

What is the return process?

After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked.
If the product meets the return conditions, the return process will be completed within 10 business days.
If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected on your card depends on your bank. It is generally delivered within 2-10 business days.

What documents are required for a refund?

The following documents are required to exercise the right of return:

Fill out and sign the form on the back of the invoice sent to you with the product; Send it together with the product you are returning.
If the order was made within the company or by freelancers, you must attach a return invoice prepared in your name or your company along with your invoice.
Your Name Your Light reserves the right to refuse returns for products sent or notified after the return period has passed, or for products that are not in the condition they were received.
